After School Care
At Agate Support Services Pty Ltd, we care for students after school hours, allowing them to engage in activities of their choice, including transportation. We understand that after-school hours can be challenging for parents and students, especially those with disabilities. Therefore, we offer a safe and inclusive environment for students to participate in various activities tailored to their needs and interests.
Our professionals work closely with students and their families to develop personalized plans catering to their unique needs and interests. We take a person-centred approach, placing the needs and desires of the student at the forefront of our services. We aim to empower students to make choices and develop life skills that will enable them to become independent and self-sufficient individuals.
In addition to providing care and transportation, we offer a range of activities that students can participate in, such as sports, music, arts and crafts, and social events. These activities are designed to promote physical, emotional, and social well-being and build students’ confidence and self-esteem.
