Registered NDIS Provider
23 Aug 2026
You're free to change NDIS providers at any time — your plan and funding belong to you, not to any single organisation. Here's the process in plain terms.
Check your current agreement for any notice period, and note which supports are still funded and unused in your plan.
Once you've found a provider you're comfortable with, they can usually help manage the transition — including liaising with your support coordinator if you have one.
Let your current provider know in writing that you're ending services, referencing your agreement's notice period.
Your new provider will confirm your plan details and set up a service agreement tailored to your goals.
If you're considering a switch, Agate Support Services can talk you through what a transition would look like — with no pressure and no obligation.
