Registered NDIS Provider

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding to eligible Australians with disability — but the eligibility rules can be confusing at first glance.
To be eligible, you generally need to: be under 65 when you first apply, be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a Protected Special Category Visa, and live in Australia.
You'll also need to show that your disability is likely to be lifelong and significantly affects your ability to take part in everyday activities — or that early intervention now would reduce your support needs in the future.
Applications start with an Access Request, which can be lodged online, by phone, or with help from a Local Area Coordinator or provider.
If you're unsure whether you or a loved one qualifies, Agate Support Services can point you in the right direction — get in touch and we'll help however we can.
